What makes Hossa&#8217;s biking trails so special is that they run next to lakes and ponds and on top of beautiful eskers with great views!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/hossa-melonta.jpg\" alt=\"Melonta\"><\/p>\n<h3>Kayaking and Canoeing<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Hossa has an endles amount of lakes and rivers, which are perfect for these <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nationalparks.fi\/hossa\/trails#canoeing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">water activities<\/a>. You can enjoy a quiet day trip on our lake or go for a more challenging, several day journey on the Perankajoki-river.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/hossanlumo-uimaranta.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3>Beach and lakeside sauna<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>We have a lovely sand beach right in front of our new lakesides saunas, which is also suitable for children. You are welcomed to use the saunas during daily communal hours (1st June to 31st October) or you can book one for private use for extra cost.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/hossa-sublauta.jpg\" alt=\"SUP-lautailu\"><\/p>\n<h3>Stand Up Paddle boarding (SUP-boarding)<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>This is a great way to enjoy Hossa&#8217;s beautiful scenery from the lake. Lake&#8217;s are usually rather calm which makes SUP-boarding a very enjoyable experience! As the boards are inflatable they are easy to transport to other ponds and lakes in the area. Many enthousiastic fishermen and women come to enjoy Hossa&#8217;s rapids and chrystal clear ponds year after year. You can find all the <a href=\"https:\/\/julkaisut.metsa.fi\/assets\/pdf\/lp\/Esitteet\/hossa-talvireitit-fineng.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">maintained winter trails from the Hossa winter trail\u00a0map.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/hossa-varikallio.jpg\" alt=\"Monitoimiurat\"><\/p>\n<h3>Multifunctional Traks<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>You don&#8217;t necessarily need ski&#8217;s to enjoy the beautiful winter scenery of our National Park. We also have multifunctional tracks that you can use by Fat bike, backcountry ski&#8217;s or in the early Spring time even walk on! The area's clear-water lakes and rapids attract fishermen all year round. The water area is requested, e.g. salmon (trout, grayling and rainbow trout). Divers also have their own operating pier with service facilities near the Nature Center. Hossa's wonderful ridge scenery and winding paths near water bodies are perfect for mountain biking. The hiking trails have suitable options for hikers of all levels.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<h4>Autumn berries and colorful autumn colors in Hossa<\\\/h4>\\n\n\n<p>At the end of summer, mushrooms and berry forests attract superfood lovers to Hossa. Autumn Hossa is a perfect destination for camping and cycling, when the colors of nature's autumn colors paint the landscapes magnificent.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<h4>In winter, there is plenty to do in Hossa and you can admire the wonderful northern lights!<\\\/h4>\\n\n\n<p>Winter Hossa invites you to go skiing, snowshoeing, riding a Fatbike, snowmobiling and ice fishing. From the beach of the cottages, you can go straight to the lake ice for an adventure, and with snowshoes you can move easily even in deep snow - and skiing down the slope of the ridge is a special treat!<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>A network of 40 km hiking trails runs right next to the cabins, and you can explore the rock paintings of Hossa V\\u00e4rikallio even without skis.
